Thank you for visiting Chris Dear Performance. I am a Personal Trainer with over 12 years of experience working online and in Tunbridge Wells & surrounding areas.

My goal is to bring expert Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning coaching to everyone. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, my evidence backed coaching and training programming will ensure your long term progression and achievement of your goals.

About Me

Hello, my name is Chris!

I have been a Personal Trainer for over 12 years and in that time I have worked in various gyms and coached a wide variety of clientele.  

I have coached hundreds of individuals to move better, feel better and lose bodyfat with researched backed nutritional coaching.  I have had great success with so many people, helping them achieve things that they once thought were impossible.

I have also had great success coaching nationally and internationally competitive clients.  I have had the privilege of coaching World Championship and Commonwealth Silver medallist Judokas,  GB Skeleton Athletes, Internationally Competitive Crossfitters, Nationally Competitive Olympic Weightlifters, Marathon and long distance runners, Competitive Powerlifters and more.  I use researched programming methods to ensure my clients achieve great levels of performance.

I myself am an Olympic Weightlifter.  I used to compete in Crossfit for many years before finding my true passion in the Weightlifting.  I have done many competitions including the English Championships.

Services

One to One Personal Training

  • A completely tailored experience. Each session includes warm up, workout and cool down specifically designed with your goals in mind
  • Sessions are also based on a long term plan so say goodbye to random workouts but instead progress week on week towards your goals.
  • At your home
  • Sessions last an hour
  • Block payment (5, 10 or 20 sessions) which include tailor made programming to be done between Personal Training sessions, a nutrition handbook and continuous weekly guidance giving a greater understanding of nutrition & Training so you never ‘feel alone’ or isolated between training sessions.

£50 per single session

£235 for 5 sessions

£450 for 10 session

£800 for 20 session

Extra costs may be incurred dependent on location/ travel time of training session.

Virtual Personal Training

  • The benefits of Personal Training from the comfort & privacy of your home. Each session includes warm up, workout and cool down specifically designed with your goals in mind.
  • A perfect solution for those that are shielding or isolating.
  • Sessions are also based on a long term plan so say goodbye to random workouts but instead progress week on week towards your goals
  • Sessions last an hour.

£35 per single sessions

£335 for a block of 10 sessions

Remote Online Coaching

Designed for individuals who want direction in their training and nutrition.

  • Evidence based and results proven programming tailored to you straight in your email inbox.
  • Tailor made programming for your training and nutrition on a monthly basis.
  • This programme is based on a long term plan, ensuring workouts are not random and are progressing you towards your goal.

£60 pcm: a tailor-made nutrition & training programme with weekly check-ins to manage progression ensuring progress.

£80 pcm:  a tailor-made nutrition & training programme + one monthly PT session.   The PT session providing enabling a thorough assessment of exercise technique and/ or performance testing.
