Hello, my name is Chris!
I have been a Personal Trainer for over 12 years and in that time I have worked in various gyms and coached a wide variety of clientele.
I have coached hundreds of individuals to move better, feel better and lose bodyfat with researched backed nutritional coaching. I have had great success with so many people, helping them achieve things that they once thought were impossible.
I have also had great success coaching nationally and internationally competitive clients. I have had the privilege of coaching World Championship and Commonwealth Silver medallist Judokas, GB Skeleton Athletes, Internationally Competitive Crossfitters, Nationally Competitive Olympic Weightlifters, Marathon and long distance runners, Competitive Powerlifters and more. I use researched programming methods to ensure my clients achieve great levels of performance.
I myself am an Olympic Weightlifter. I used to compete in Crossfit for many years before finding my true passion in the Weightlifting. I have done many competitions including the English Championships.

£235 for 5 sessions

Extra costs may be incurred dependent on location/ travel time of training session.

£335 for a block of 10 sessions
Designed for individuals who want direction in their training and nutrition.
£60 pcm: a tailor-made nutrition & training programme with weekly check-ins to manage progression ensuring progress.
£80 pcm: a tailor-made nutrition & training programme + one monthly PT session. The PT session providing enabling a thorough assessment of exercise technique and/ or performance testing.
